The man who is seen being punched by Wildwood Police in a video that’s made the rounds on social media has been identified. 6ABC reports that 24 year old Arthur Wells is the man who is being punched. Wells’ mother told the television station that Wells is badly bruised, and is receiving treatment at a Delaware hospital. She confirms that Wells has been charged by police, but did not know what the charges were. She alleges her son was not allowed to see a nurse for treatment.
