REPORT: MALMGREN’S TRIAL STILL SCHEDULED FOR JUNE

A local man who’s motor vehicle accident caused the deaths of two cousins along Bayshore Road will go on trial in June.  The Press of Atlantic City reports today that Joshua Malmgren will go on trial for the July 31st, 2012 accident that killed two pedestrians, Nioami Lazicki of Middle Township and Ashley Dauber of Philadelphia.  The girls were killed in Green Creek when they were struck by Malmgren’s vehicle.  He’s charged with aggravated manslaughter.
