REPORT: LOWER TWP. PROSECUTOR GETS DWI, RESIGNS

The municipal prosecutor for Lower Township has resigned, citing another DWI arrest.  Peter Tourison resigned his position as prosecutor, according to the Press of Atlantic City.  Tourison says he had three drinks before being pulled over for a DWI in Cape May.  Tourison also resigned his position as solicitor at Lower Cape May Regional High School.  You may remember he resigned several judgeships following a DWI back in 2008.
