REPORT: LONGTIME OCEAN CITY BEACH PATROL CHIEF RESIGNS

One of the longest serving members of a South Jersey beach patrol has resigned.  The Press of Atlantic City reports that Tom Mullineaux has resigned after a 51 year career with the beach patrol.   Mullineaux has served as chief for the past 16 years.  He recommended two members of the beach patrol as possible successors as Ocean City’s new chief.
