A professor at Montclair State University may challenge Jeff Van Drew for the democratic congressional nomination in our district in 2020. The Press of Atlantic City reports that Brigid Harrison of Longport is thinking about challenging Van Drew next year. Harrison alleges that Van Drew’s lack of support for a presidential impeachment inquiry has angered many in the democratic party.
