REPORT: LOCAL MAN PLEADS GUILTY TO ANIMAL CRUELTY

A Lower Township man has reportedly pleaded guilty to three charges of animal cruelty.  The Cape May County Herald reports on its website that Casimir Rupinski of Erma pleaded guilty to the charges in a municipal court on March 24th.  Rupinski was charged with not providing proper care or drink for four of his horses.  Rupinski is no longer allowed to own any horses as part of the court’s ruling.
