A home that was under construction in Lower Township collapsed during strong winds on Sunday. The Press of Atlantic City reports that a three story partially framed home collapsed at Cloverdale Avenue and the beach in the Villas. No one was injured in the collapse of the building. The owner of the home had all of the necessary permits that allowed for the construction.
