A new report says a new access point on the Garden State Parkway will not include tolls. The Press of Atlantic City reports that new Exit 41 at Jimmy Leeds Rd. will not include a toll for people entering the Parkway. The questions sparked up with documents on the Turnpike Authorities website that said there would be a toll. The report also says there will be no toll placed at the reworked Exit 44.
