A court appointed team has valued a former car dealership lot at $13 million, which may put the issue back in court. The Press of Atlantic City reports today that the value is now $4 million higher than the price the city agreed to pay the owners of the former lot. Both the city and the individuals who own the lot plan to appeal the new valuation.
