REPORT: FIRST DISTRICT SPENDING AMONG HIGHEST IN STATE

The recent legislative election in our First District was one of the most expensive races in the entire state.  The Press of Atlantic City reports that $4.6 million was spent on the legislative election in our district that saw republican Sam Fiocchi unseat incumbent democrat Nelson Albano.  A democratic group called “Fund for Jobs, Growth, and Security” dropped $1.8 million on democratic candidates in our district.
