The man who was in charge of the Wildwoods Urban Enterprise Zone has been canned, and now he’s filing a $2 million lawsuit. The Wildwood Leader reports that Lou Ferrara was fired as director of the UEZ, and now he’s filing a lawsuit alleging that Wildwood City Commissioner Pete Byran altered feasibility studies relating to a new downtown skating rink. The city of Wildwood has received a tort claim notice relating to the lawsuit. City officials so far are not commenting on the lawsuit.
