REPORT: ETHICS COMPLAINT FILED AGAINST UPPER TWP. COMMITTEEMAN

An ethics complaint regarding the use of public recreational facilities has been filed against Upper Township Committeeman Hobie Young.  The Upper Township Gazette reports that the anonymous complaint alleges a conflict of interest in Young’s duties overseeing sports and recreation for Upper Township.  The complaint alleges that Young reserved a field for his own semi-professional football team and blacked out that time for use by other sports organizations.
