REPORT: DENNIS TWP. COMMITTEE RACE FINALLY OVER

It looks like a very close committee race in Dennis Township is finally over.  The Cape May County Gazette reports that republican Frank Germanio has officially withdrawn his legal challenge to the election results and has conceded defeat.  That means democrats Don Tozer and Lisa Salimbene will be sworn into their first terms in office during the reorganization meeting of the Township Committee to be held early next month.  Germanio lost the race to Salimbene by just one vote.
