REPORT: DAHL LOSES DECISION IN COURT OVER SJEDD

It was a loss in court Monday for former South Jersey Economic Development District director Gordon Dahl.  A judge ruled a counterclaim the district filed against him relating to the management of an aviation park can stick, and will not be dismissed.  The Press of Atlantic City reports that Judge Allen Littlefield refused Dahl’s motion to toss the counterclaim.
