REPORT: CUMBERLAND COUNTY MAN CHARGED WITH VEHICULAR HOMICIDE

55 year old Phillip J. Fox of Vineland has been charged with a second degree count of vehicular homicide in connection with a motor vehicle accident that killed an 18 year old man.  NJ.com reports that Fox was intoxicated when he drove his car into a bicycle ridden by Daniel Diaz of Vineland.  Diaz was pronounced dead at the scene.
