The New Jersey Supreme Court has reportedly decided not to entertain an appeal regarding the Cape May County Prosecutor’s Office official misconduct case against former Wildwood Mayor Gary DeMarzo. The Wildwood Leader reports that the dismissal of the charges have been upheld thanks to the decision by the state’s highest court not to hear an appeal. DeMarzo told the Leader that he wants an official apology from County Prosecutor Bob Taylor, and he continues to call for Taylor’s resignation.
