A judge has tossed out a case filed by Wildwood City Commissioner Pete Byron who alleged that his two fellow commissioners stripped departments away from him without adequate public notice. The Press of Atlantic City reports that the judge dismissed the case against commissioners Ernie Troiano and Anthony Leonetti. Byron will be asked to pay back all legal fees incurred by the city resulting from his court action.
