The dog attacked a woman, and then turned on a police officer. The Press of Atlantic City reports that West Wildwood Police shot a dog on Wednesday that attacked a woman and then began attacking the police officer. The report says the dog was not on a leash and attacked the woman sometime on Wednesday. Wildwood Police assisted at the scene until the Cape May County Prosecutor’s Office arrived.
