The search is on today for four boaters who are missing after their sailboat sank off the coast of Monmouth County Tuesday morning. The Star Ledger reports that a mayday call came in around 4:00am Tuesday from a 33-foot sailboat called the “Courtney Lynn”. The boat was about a mile away from the Earle Naval Weapons Station when the mayday signal was called in. As of 9:30am Tuesday, there was no sign of the four missing people. State Police say there’s been no sign of the boat or any debris.
