A new report says that Gov. Chris Christie wants Rutgers University to be the one centralized area where all medical marijuana is grown. The Star-Ledger reports that the product would be controlled by being grown at one place. The plan would need the legislature to approve. The plan to create a centralized location would make New Jersey the first state to do so, according to the report.
