REPORT: CAPE MAY PUTS LIMITS ON OUTDOOR DRINKING

Cape May has placed some limits on the public consumption of alcohol this summer.  The Press of Atlantic City reports that the city leadership will now require patrons to consume alcohol within 50 feet of a licensed establishment.  Last summer, Cape May allowed for a much broader allowance for public consumption.
