REPORT: CAPE MAY DISCUSSES REGIONAL SCHOOL ISSUE

Some new elected officials in Cape May met in closed session last week to further discuss the regional school district issue that’s been at the forefront of the community for months.  The Press of Atlantic City reports that Council met in closed session with attorney Vito Gagliardi to discuss a potential lawsuit that could seek changes to the funding formula.  Cape May believes it pays an unfair share of the burden for the regional school district due to property values.
