There’s a battle raging in Marmora over a local woman who chooses to use a wood burning stove for heat. The Press of Atlantic City reports that a judge has ruled that 45 year old Shari Troiano must only use her stove during certain hours of the day. A neighbor took Troiano to court complaining that the smoke from the stove was coming onto his property. Troiano says she uses the stove because it heats her home affordably.
