NJ.com reports that bars, restaurants, casinos, movie theaters, and gyms are ordered closed in New Jersey, New York, and Connecticut Monday at 8:00pm. However, restaurants and bars will be allowed to stay open and offer take out, and supermarkets, pharmacies, and other retail is not expected to be affected. Governor Phil Murphy says he wants everyone home, not out. Murphy will outline more plans during a press conference scheduled Monday at 2:00pm.
