The fine, $17,500 for Bally’s Casino in Atlantic City. The Associated Press reports today that the gaming hall was handed the fine late last month by state gaming regulators for allowing two minors to drink on the casino floor; one of the minors was 17 years old. The 17 year old got so drunk on three drinks, and ambulance had to be called for assistance.
