REPORT: B.L. ENGLAND PLANT TO SHUT OFF TOMORROW IN UPPER TOWNSHIP

It’s the end of an era in Upper Township.  The B.L. England power plant will be officially turned off on Wednesday.  Upper Township Mayor Richard Palombo told the Press of Atlantic City that people will continue to work at the coal-fired plant as the decommissioning process continues.
