Atlantic County Prosecutor Damon Tyner is being sued by a Delaware bank because he defaulted on a loan. The Press of Atlantic City reports that Tyner owed Discover Bank over $8,500 on the loan. The suit was filed in Atlantic County Superior Court last month.
