REPORT: ATLANTIC COUNTY MAN FINED FOR RUNNING OVER SEAGULLS

An Atlantic County man has been fined for running over seagulls with his car in Upper Township.  The Press of Atlantic City reports that Warren Colwell Jr. will have to pay about $1500 in fines for striking the seagulls with his car last month in a parking lot.  The New Jersey SPCA brought the charges against Colwell.
