REPORT: ATLANTIC COUNTY FREEHOLD CHAIRMAN CAUGHT POSSIBLY DRIVING DRUNK

A report says that the Atlantic County Freehold Chairman Joe Curcio was arrested for suspicion of drunk driving. The Press of Atlantic City reports that Curcio refused to submit to a breath test and his vehicle was impounded. He says he is not guilty of drunk driving, but exercised bad judgment.
