Atlantic City Mayor Don Guardian confirmed that his city is looking into alleged illegal activities by the resort’s taxi cab industry. Speaking at a transportation summit on Wednesday, Guardian confirmed that an investigation is underway into corruption regarding taxi cabs. The Press of Atlantic City reports that some fares being charged by taxi cab drivers are quote “outrageous”.
