REPORT: ATLANTIC CITY GETTING NEW MONITOR, BUSINESS ADMINISTRATOR

Atlantic City is getting a new state monitor, and a new business administrator.  The Press of Atlantic City reports that both Rick Richardella and Jason Holt are departing their respective positions.  Holt stays on until an interim administrator is identified.
