REPORT: AC HILTON COULD BE SOLD, NOT FORECLOSED

A new report says that an effort is going to be made to sell the Atlantic City Hilton, not foreclose on it. The Press of Atlantic City reports that financially struggling casino has not paid on its mortgage since July 2009. A foreclosure hearing had been scheduled, but it appears an agreement has been reached would have the casino sold, and would avoid a foreclosure.
