REPORT: 650 BAGS OF HEROIN, THREE YEAR OLD, FOUND IN CAR

A very disturbing discovery during an arrest in Vineland earlier this month.  Police say they recovered 650 bags of heroin from a motor vehicle that had a three year old child as a passenger.  The traffic stop occurred on November 4th.  Arrested were 30 year old Britnee Walker and 26 year old Joe Elms, both of North Carolina.  Also charged in connection with the crime was 26 year old Nathaniel Ruiz of the Vilas who was charged with possession and distribution offenses, according to The Daily Journal.
