REPORT: 2011 SHOULD BRING SLIGHT UPTICK IN INCOME

A new report says that personal income could go up in 2011. Economists at Rutgers University say there will be very low inflation and personal income should be on the rise. Additional public sector cuts are being said to slow the economic comeback.
