A new report suggests there are 157 homeless individuals in Cape May County. The new report by NJ Counts relies on a study conducted earlier this year that found Cape May County with one of the lowest homeless population totals in the state of New Jersey. Essex County leads the list at 1,723 homeless people, while Salem County comes in last with 38 people who are homeless.
