An Upper Township woman pleaded not guilty in court Thursday on charges she killed a local man during a texting while driving accident. Milheala Reilly pleaded not guilty in connection with accusations that she was texting and driving when her vehicle struck and killed David Loder who was walking across Route 9 back in 2014. Her attorney announced that he intends to file another motion to dismiss the indictment.
