The Upper Township woman who allegedly caused a fatal accident while texting behind the wheel of her car appeared in court on Thursday. Mihaela Reilly made her first appearance in a Cape May County Courtroom on Thursday morning. She is charged with death by auto and another charge in connection with a fatal accident last year along route 9 that killed 76 year old David Loder, who was walking near his home in Upper Township.
