A popular Mexican restaurant in Upper Township is closing for good. Sunday night, the last night of business for the Red Sky Cafe on Route 9 after 18 years of business. The management announced on Facebook that a county requirement to upgrade the Red Sky’s septic system at a cost of $70,000 was the reason why the restaurant is closing.
