You may need to think twice before running a red light in Middle Township in the near future. The police department there is looking at using red-light technology that would allow police to take pictures of license plates of vehicles who run a red-light. The closest town to use the technology according to Middle Township Police Chief Christopher Leusner. Leusner is going to joing the Morning Wake Up on Tuesday at 7:40 a.m. to discuss the possibility in greater detail. No final decision has been made at this time but the process of looking into the cameras has begun.
