A Red Flag Warning has been issued by the National Weather Service, in effect from 1 p.m. to 8 p.m. for all of New Jersey. The warning means that critical fire weather conditions are present due a combination of strong winds, low relative humidity and dry fuels. Outdoor burning is not recommended, as any fires that develop this afternoon will have the potential to spread quickly.
