According to the National Weather Service, temperatures will remain slightly average for the first half of December in South Jersey, and then plunge through the 40’s, as arctic air returns to the East Coast. According to most Middle Atlantic forecasters, temperatures for this winter are predicted to be below normal with up to 60 percent more snowfall than during an average year.
