REAL ESTATE PRICES DIP TEN PERCENT IN CAPE MAY COUNTY

The value of real estate has dropped by ten percent over the past year in Cape May County. A new report issued by New Jersey Realtors shows that median sales prices of single family homes in Cape May County dropped by ten percent over the past twelve months while the trend in the rest of the state is much different. New Jersey Realtors announced that home prices throughout much of the Garden State have been on the increase recently.
