Vineland authorities have urged residents to check all Halloween candy after discovery of a razor blade inside a Tootsie Roll. Vineland police are investigating candy that was distributed in East Vineland, in neighborhoods off Spring Road and Pennsylvania Avenue. Anyone with information should call the Vineland Police Department at (856) 696-1212.
