The second Atlantic City beach concert has been announced. Rascal Flatts and Ashley Monroe will play the beach on Aug. 20. This is the second of two beach concerts taking place this summer in the resort. Maroon 5 was previously announced. Tickets go on sale this Friday and prices start at $20 per ticket.
