RAIN, WIND FROM MICHAEL APPEAR CERTAIN FOR JERSEY SHORE

Windy, rainy conditions appear certain for Cape May County from the storm formerly known as Hurricane Michael.  Two to three inches of rain are in the forecast, with the heaviest rain later today.  A Wind Advisory has been posted for the overnight hours Thursday night into Friday.  A Flash Flood Watch remains in effect for the potential for excessive rainfall.
