RACIAL DISCRIMINATION LAWSUIT BY WHITE EMPLOYEES IN VINELAND

There is a racial discrimination lawsuit filed by three white employees who work for the city of Vineland.  The Vineland Daily Journal reports that three employees have sued Vineland and its Mayor alleging they were passed over for promotions because they are white.  The lawsuit alleges that Mayor Ruben Bermudez interfered in the promotion process.  The three plaintiffs are represented by an attorney from Cape May.
