A Vineland police officer alleges that Chief Rudy Beu would only promote him if the Chief could sleep with the officer’s wife, or daughter. NJ.com reports that a lawsuit was filed by Ronald DeMarchi on November 1st alleging the illegal activity. The officer says the Chief made numerous sexual comments about his wife and daughter.
