Public workers could now lose their benefits and pensions if they are convicted of some new offenses. A new bill approved by lawmakers now adds harassment, sexual assault, and lewdness to the list of offenses that can cost employees their retirement benefits. Assemblyman John Armato of Atlantic County sponsored the bill.
