The city commissioners in Wildwood will hold a public hearing today to get the public’s view point on pushing back the drinking hours in the city from 3 a.m. to 4 a.m. Sharp discussion has evolved since the first announcement was made that the city was looking at the possibility. In Wildwood’s history, bars have been open as late at 5 a.m. Some residents are concerned that this move would have a negative impact on the city, but many believe this will bring in additional dollars. The public hearing is tonight at 6:30 p.m. at city hall.
