A public hearing will be held this evening in Upper Township on the future of the BL England Generating Station. The New Jersey DEP will hold a hearing to determine if the plant will be allowed to convert to natural gas, instead of being a coal fired plant. The meeting will be held at 7pm at the Upper Township Municipal Building.
